I live in a quiet, clean neighborhood, where my neighbors are either working or settled within their homes. We have loud, rude neighbors who lets children violate, as in disturbing the peace and creating violence. There are laws and ordinances that prohibit excessive, unnecessary and unreasonable levels of noise. I would like to handle this issue properly by ceasing the noise ordinances. Every residential community contains a "quiet enjoyment" that gives tenants the right to occupy their premises in peace and free from outside disturbances. I'm connected because I live across the street where these occurrences happen all the time. My son whom is eighteen now, is friends with some of the boys. I've had all type of problems from him cutting school, the grandmother housing him as a minor, to wanting to hang out late at night with these boys. I demanded that he stop, but it was only for a short minute, now that he's eighteen, the police says that there's nothing I could do about it. However, at a sudden instant I hear gunshots outside (third time) and look out of my door, there stands my son in the crowd of these boys who claim someone else is shooting, but their not running?! My son doesn't want involvement with his family anymore because we won't accept foolishness that comes with the involvement of these people. So, in order to do anything right, I would like to petition the cause and have justified actions to prevail these nuisances.
